Tim Snodgrass
Partner
Tim Snodgrass, a Partner at Cameron Financials Holdings, oversees business development and reviews potential investment opportunities. He is also a founding partner of Axxcess Capital Partners, LLC, a boutique investment banking and advisory firm specializing in real estate, energy, and healthcare.
Before launching Axxcess, Tim was a founding partner and President of a national real estate investment firm that acquired over $1.6 billion in commercial real estate in eight years. He is also a founder and former President of the Alternative Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA), previously known as the Real Estate Investment and Securities Association and the Tenant-in-Common Association (TICA), where he served as President from 2003 to 2006.
Tim is a founding member of the Certified Exchange Specialist® designation and a former member of the Certification Council. He has lectured extensively nationwide on Code Section 1031. Tim holds a Juris Doctorate and an LLM in International Taxation and Financial Services from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, a BA from San Diego State University, and Series 22 and 63 securities licenses as a registered representative of FINRA/SIPC.
Logan Snodgrass
VP, Operations
Logan Snodgrass serves as Vice President of Operations at Cameron Financial Holdings. Previously, he worked on internal consulting and strategy teams at Hulu, Peacock, and Slack. At Slack, Logan reported directly to the COO, focusing on international expansion, pricing and packaging, and corporate strategy.
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and maintains Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as a registered representative of FINRA/SIPC.
